Okay, so after just seeing that I haven't written an update since February - I will officially appoint myself the worlds worst blogger! Life with two and trying to remodel the house/kitchen is keeping me busy!

Spring was great and Lucy turned four! She had the VERY requested Cinderella birthday party! To be honest, I think she was over Cinderella by the time her birthday came (she's moved on to Aeriel), but at that point she had been talking about her Cinderella party for so long she wasnt going to change her mind. We had her party at Five Points in Washington with friends and family and it was lots of fun!
Penelope is becoming such a big girl. She's still a great eater and sleeper! She currently loves her "Chewy" (stuffed animal dog), Oso and "Bo On The Go" (netflix), her paci (she's going to be in for a sad day pretty soon here when they disappear), and anything water (water table, faucet, pool, ocean, bath, etc.)
Summer has been great. (except for the crazy hot days!) We've taken lots of bike rides, a few dinner at the parks, the zoo, and lots of runs to DQ! (LOTS!) Lucy and I have even gotten a little one on one time together and went strawberry picking and to the All American Girl Day in downtown Morton. As sad as it is sometimes that my little girl is growing up, I have to admit it is lots of fun now that she is a bit older that we can do some of these special things together.
We had a great time on vacation in Hilton Head!
And we are in the middle of remodeling the kitchen. My goal is to have it done by the end of the year. :)
I will try to keep you posted, no really I will! :)
